•  I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost.

•  Please refrain from coming in if you are feeling sick.

•  All no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount of the missed appointment.

​

•  Appointments booked with a discounted gift certificate that are canceled without 24 hours’ notice, or result in a no-show, will forfeit the full value of the gift certificate

•  All service sales—including gift certificates and discounted gift certificates—are final. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates purchased during my December holiday sale are valid starting in January and expire December 31st; there are no exceptions.

•  Retail items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

​

• Please inform me if you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, as this allows me to allocate that time effectively and maintain a timely schedule. Arrivals beyond 5 minutes may result in reduced treatment duration; however, the full appointment fee remains payable. Additionally, the full cost of the service originally booked will still apply should you choose to alter your treatment upon arrival, as this period is dedicated solely to you.
